Melancolia was a 200 pages colour photography book I published in 2000. I left Buenos Aires in 1999 and I started a trip around Ecuador, and then Europe. I took lots of pictures during this time, kind of a photo diary. At the time I was deciding to settle in Barcelona. After putting all the material together I decided to work around the melancholy concept to make the book.
